The management is very open to suggestion. It enhances the creativity and productivity of its workers. Also, the managers are very considerate especially for the instances that you need to take a day off for emergency or health purposes of the employees or even family members of employees. The rate is also just for the work and I also love the work-life balance that this company offers. I get to spend time with my family even I'm working. The co-workers are approachable and easy to ask for needed information. Almost all of the people I've interact with have their own strengths and expertise which is very inspiring that I get to learn something when having a meeting with them. I really enjoy working at ejam for it does not to stressful than face to face office job here in the Philippines.
