Not sure where to start. Owner isn’t sure what he wants and has no priorities; leads to very stressful days and confusing goals. Pay is well below average, employees are expected to lie on timecards and will not be paid overtime (but overtime is expected). Several employees are forced into 6 day weeks. No structure, no discipline; owner refuses to reprimand or fire anyone, often using other employees to do his dirty work. Everyone is expected to take on responsibilities far beyond those of their original job description, regardless of the resulting workload. I could go on and on but I’ll leave it there. Stay far away.
