      I'm a fairly tenured employee and it's been amazing to see the company grow over the years. We went from having zero benefits to an extremely competitive package (the unlimited PTO and flexibility involved from being a remote company are amazing!). There is never a dull moment around here.

      Because we are growing so quickly, there is always more work than time in a day. People in different time zones also make for a very long work day- it's hard to unplug at 5pm when there's an expectation of always being available.

      The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

      all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone late response to emails in a business where time is money need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
