Well, there are several, but for me I would have to say the biggest pro of them all is the revenue share program, I am able to work at attracting agents from my website (smartagentalliance.com) and gain true passive income through skills that I already had that don't directly relate to being a realtor but do directly relate to building a business.

Can't really think of a big one, The only complaint I have would be that agents get assigned a mentor, rather than being able to choose from a selection.

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
