      My favorite part of Clarus is the positive work culture, I could tell on the first day this was the company for me! Everyone is so kind, supportive, and welcoming. I never feel like a bother to anyone if I have a question. It's a breathe of fresh air working for a company that cares so much for its employees and their work/life balance. Can't say enough about Clarus!

      Working from home has been difficult in the social arena, but they're constantly thinking of new ideas to help with virtually meeting people/making friends!

Yes, although we're better adjusted to work from home life, it can be isolating and social interaction is much less. I'm glad you're enjoying our virtual team events such as, team building, trivia, virtual happy hours and bingo.       My position was well compensated

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
