3yThank you for your message here on Glassdoor. We can only regret that this is your perception of eloomi and us. As a company we have in place a clear code of conduct that emphasises a zero tolerance approach to unacceptable behaviour of any kind. In our employee handbook we also stress the importance of mutual respect, and this is fundamental to our culture. Furthermore, we conduct monthly teams meetings with HR and anonymous quarterly engagement surveys where unacceptable behaviour of any form can be reported and properly investigated.
