Vantaggi

My intern supervisor was fantastic as was her immediate team, there were fun events to engage with coworkers and people in the industry

Svantaggi

No interaction outside of 2-3 people, not a cohesive work environment, staff feel overworked and unhappy which leads to high turnover which I noticed immediately, no room to advance, could be catty

Vantaggi

Friendly and supportive colleagues make day-to-day work enjoyable.

Svantaggi

Poor communication from management and leadership. Very few clear processes, meaning people often make things up as they go along. The company is so large that it can feel like nobody really takes ownership or cares about the success of individual brands. Outdated ways of working across the business. Old systems and slow IT support that make simple tasks more difficult than they need to be. Low salaries compared to similar roles elsewhere. Struggles to attract and keep good people because pay and progression aren't competitive. High staff turnover means teams are often stretched and valuable knowledge is lost. Change happens very slowly (if at all), even when problems are obvious.
