May be only for starting your career if you have no other choices. You may have chance to meet some nice people despite of the general bad work atmosphere.

Very bad management system. Bad work atmosphere, level depending on teams. Management no human oriented. No respect of social regulations in regard with sickness or maternity leave ( in fact they will allow it according the legal regulation but when returning to the company the will mope you ) ... No chance in term of career progression. Basic income. Company managed with the family mindset not with normal common management system.
