The company has many pros which I have listed below. 1. You have to start at the top of the company where they have a CEO who is passionate, smart and genuinely cares about the employees that work for the company. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. 2. The company still has the startup feel, though it's been in business for about 18 years. 3. The company is small and if you want, you can make a difference. 4. They have a great work life balance. They allow you to work from home when needed, and every other Friday. They also have summer hours. 5. The people at the company are very nice. I have had experiences in the past where I worked with many egotistical jerks. This company has good people working for it. 6. They have some exciting/interesting work in their pipeline. 7. They have a great culture whether it's company outings, fun games around the office or local charities. They make an effort to ensure you like coming into the office.

Some of the cons include: 1. They are outgrowing their office location. The good side is that they do have a nice location in the city. 2. They have tech debt to repay. Not unusual for a small company, but they need to address it.
