      - All the teammates are very warm & supportive especially my lead - Competitive salary (at least for Indonesian) - Full Remote - Nice Facility

      - The insurance benefit can be better if includes covering family or at least a spouse - I've been hired only 3 months and then affected by a layoff, I know maybe it's because of the condition but I mean they (management) can predict it for at least 3 months.
