Common challenges of "new vs old" -- lots of people have been here for a few months and still a good amount of people that have been here for 12+ months and there is definitely some internal confusion and lack of alignment, but nothing you wouldn't expect with a company that is working to reposition and redo GTM motions (newer CEO, new team etc)
