- Some great talent in many XFN departments that have great -attitudes and want to help solve problems - Company has gone through a big repositioning exercise to better identify our ICP and positioning in the market to bring better focus to the org - Lots to do, but very high ceiling and lots of opportunity to make an impact

Common challenges of "new vs old" -- lots of people have been here for a few months and still a good amount of people that have been here for 12+ months and there is definitely some internal confusion and lack of alignment, but nothing you wouldn't expect with a company that is working to reposition and redo GTM motions (newer CEO, new team etc)

Location is remote which was good

Leadership team are all yes men and totally lost - CEO is like a dictator
