I don’t mind being remote but I miss the face to face interactions.

There is a culture of innovation and RESPECT here. People WANT to contribute to and celebrate the company’s and each other’s success. This is a sign that the company cares about the employees. Finally, since this is a smaller company, there is OPPORTUNITY GALORE. If you are a hard-working intrapreneur, this is where to be. You’re going to contribute AND learn. The owners have their stuff together, and it shows in the company’s stability.

The only “bad” thing is the office is too small, but if that’s the only complaint, that’s not a bad thing.
