Management treats you like you’re replaceable from day one. You’re watched constantly — stared at through windows like they’re waiting for any excuse to step in. It creates a tense, uncomfortable atmosphere where you’re more focused on not being a target than doing your job. Pay is nowhere near worth the stress, the inconsistency, or the lack of basic respect. They talk about “teamwork” but the second it’s convenient, they’ll cut you loose without blinking. Favoritism is blatant, professionalism is optional, and stability isn’t something you should count on.

This is somewhat common for an immature company and attempting to grow quickly in a difficult market Systems and processes are still maturing, which can create friction. Resource constraints at times make execution more challenging than it needs to be.
