Absolutely no organization between district and regional managers. Changes made almost daily. If you like putting every ounce of effort into something and having it completely changed the next day, this job is definitely for you! TERRIBLE PAY for the amount of work that needs to be done on a daily basis. Prepare to work as many hours and have the same responsibilities as the assistant manager but get paid like an associate! Ever want time off? Not going to happen here. With such a small staff, prepare to get called in at any time.
