First the pay is a complete joke, It would be a joke even if they didn't ask you to do the impossible. They have completely unrealistic expectations. As an ABM they would tell me to reset the ENTIRE floor by myself, make and hang signage for a promotion they just told you about, and then they would get on you for not helping enough customers! I would regularly have to work 12 hour shifts just to try to keep up with it all and you get nothing for hard work. They have no idea how to train or develop employees. My Area manager kept telling me all these things I was doing wrong and when I would ask how I could do better she had no idea what to say. There is no way to grow with this company past BMR, but with the direction the company is going I don't know why you'd want to.
