The company is still operating like it still only has one location, but it now has over 500 and it needs to be running more efficiently. Like taking inventory and caring about loss prevention by putting sensors on the clothes, paying overtime to the managers who work over 40 hours a week, allowing seasonal employees to use the register and get credit for sales since they have to sell anyways, and a system to request product that we've run out of or the management should just know that and send us what we need.
