There's a strong emphasis on allowing each boutique's team to really express it's individuality and creativity, so long as it's within the visual standards (easy enough). The dress code is very comfortable and easy to follow, and tattoos are totally a-okay.
Svantaggi
The wages are very low in comparison to many other stores and companies,and the discount (30% for PT/unsalaried employees) doesn't really help that much. Beyond that, the Promise (guest servicing practice) is great in theory, but actually pushes away many customers when used 100% of the time. Also, I personally find it a little silly that tattoos are okay, but nose piercings aren't.
