I am working in this company for more than 10 years now, and in my tenure till now I never faced any issue which will make me think to leave or find new place to work . I joined here at a very basic level, but due to the work culture, freedom to expression, transparency of management , helpful and dedicated team I have managed to come this far . There were times when management had to take a call due to change of market or changing business strategies but as employee we all are always secure and save and know that Gate6 always thinks first for us and never lets us down .This company actually cares for their employees and very well knows how to retain the best ones.
