Thank you for your feedback. Any review posted is taken seriously and I would like to cover a few points here:
I will agree, like any business the targets or goals we have in place are important, however, these are in place to help us deliver a great customer experience, our customers mean the world to us. If, as an employee you didn't feel that this was the case then I'm sorry.
We never encourage anyone to work outside their contracted hours, we have a WFH culture, and we always want our people to close down their laptop at the end of their shift.
There may be some contracts which have change on a regular basis, however, this is in line with making sure our customers have the most up to date information, we have a variety of tools which are designed to ensure information is at hand.
Our call handlers are our most important people, if it were not for them then there would be no go-centric, they are highly respected along with all the incredible clients we are privileged to work with on a daily basis.
