After more than a decade of working for both corporate companies and startups, I can say that hellotax is one of the best choices. It is a company small enough for you to really have an impact, and big enough to be well structured and organized. The management does a great job creating a solid culture for this organization. The business strategy is discussed and communicated transparently and each team member's voice is heard and listened. The entire team is supportive and extremely bonded, despite working physically apart, remotely, from all over the world. I met here true professionals, highly experienced and, above all, great PEOPLE. Many of them are with the company from the very beginning... this tells a lot about how pleasant and motivating the working environment is. Last but not least, there is a great degree of autonomy - from flexible hours to the possibility of working remotely and choosing the projects you really like - giving a true meaning to the expression "work-life balance".
