My experience at i-Health has been impacted by a lack of clear leadership and consistent direction. There often seems to be no unified vision from management, which leads to repeated mistakes and inefficiencies. While the company presents itself as collaborative, the culture does not always reflect that in practice. Communication and accountability can be inconsistent, and trust in leadership varies. Career growth also feels limited, with promotions concentrated among a small group and few clear advancement opportunities for others, resulting in a top-heavy structure. There are capable individuals within the organization, but overall the employee experience depends heavily on team placement and management style.
