      Not much. Currently in dispute with their main customer that will likely shut the business down or see the business handed over to their main customer.

      Will not provide resources necessary to grow the business. Poor communication style. Important communications rarely take place, Sub-par pay and benefits. i3M hopes to attract and retain good talent but pay and benefits are significantly below competitors in the local market.

      Wonderful company to work for. I learned many different processes and requirements for computerized product inspection that aided me in acquiring a supervisory position.

      Wages were not always handled fairly and the time off requests were many times handled with partiality.
