      - Fast growing company - Supportive and international colleagues

      Svantaggi

      - Extremely stingy with equity - company worth $1.9 billion but can't even motivate its' employees with stock options - Very few benefits except for health insurance (no cycle to work, classpass etc) - Fully remote set up is lonely and alienating.
