      Small company of high professionals in IT solutions for finance market. Strong directions are IBM data warehouse, MDM systems, Pega system implementation.

      Nothing exactly against the company. But recent years it is visible on finance market that it required less number of high professional implementations against quick noncompete solutions. So number of projects becomes less.

      A lot of time for self-development and self- education (if you are commited to it). Otherwise - work will consume you. A lot of personal freedom. Low level of stress as a general rule.
