The company has always been transparent but has particularly shined in its ability to communicate through COVID-19. The new CEO Steve Lucas has done a great job communicating and leading in a very difficult time. He's earned the trust of employees quickly and has implemented some new ideas which have already made a positive impact. iCIMS is a company that is heading into a new phase of growth and the business is making changes and maturing processes as needed to get there. It's great to see!
