Training is terrible. You are set up for failure. Absolutely no training on day to day. Management did not listen to employees. When things were brought up to managers, they would tell you it’s being handled or pushed up the ladder, and it wasn’t. Nobody is on the same page. Certain managers seriously unqualified to run teams. Guilt tripped for taking time off. Zero direction. Not given the right tools and training to succeed. Also, everyone should know, if you put in your two week notice and everything is amicable, you still will not be paid your quarter commission, even if you work that entire quarter. Makes sense?

My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Svantaggi

Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
