Literally everything about the job. Upper management is completely out of their element and has no idea how to manage the help desk. Because of their negligence, support wait times have exceeded over an hour for phone calls and sometimes up to 9 days for a support ticket. The support team is expected to be at their desks at all hours of the work day and will get nastygrams from managers if they are perceived as idle for longer than a few minutes.

Took a nosedive after VC acquisition. Lost its engineering culture and cut much of its talent. Now on life support until VCs extract as much value as they can.
