Disorganized. Lack of communication within departments. Lack of strategy and planning. With proper 2 week resignation notice, the company "enforced" an illegal non compete and vague employment and separation agreement that required the waiving of all my employment rights and to be required to sign in order to receive written, calculated and earned compensation/bonus. Because it was illegal to enforce, payment was withheld until illegal non compete was to be signed.
