Great owner, decent atmosphere, flexibility

You can saying anything where there no empathy or sympathy or respect towards others by owner.

I strongly advise against working at iFixandRepair at the Glenville, NY Walmart. The owner, Trenton, is an incredibly toxic individual who creates a hostile and oppressive work environment. He constantly raises his voice at employees, showing zero empathy or consideration for their well-being. He pays below minimum wage and often pays in cash, with no benefits or even basic days off. It’s clear that Trenton doesn’t care about his employees. His lack of respect for them is evident in his actions. He has a history of firing people without notice—recently, he fired two employees in just one week. He doesn't hesitate to get rid of people when it suits him, showing absolutely no regard for loyalty or hard work. Trenton is also fighting with mental illness, and unfortunately, he brings that illness into the workplace. He constantly judges, complains, and stalks employees, creating an unhealthy, uncomfortable atmosphere. His behavior is erratic, and his constant negativity affects everyone around him. It’s impossible to work in an environment where you're constantly being watched and criticized for no reason. Trenton's actions and attitude seem unprofessional, and some of his behavior makes it clear that something is mentally off with him. He’s also reportedly been in jail before starting this business, which raises serious concerns about his character and judgment. Working for iFixandRepair under Trenton is not only a bad career move but also a miserable experience. Please avoid this place if you value your mental health and career stability.
