      There are few actual positives to working here, although the pay was okay and the dress code was lax. Had a decent break room.

      Terminated a whole bunch of employees without any notice and for no disciplinary reason. Loud, poorly maintained workspace with numerous environmental hazards. Not OSHAA compliant. No benefits for most of the people that worked in the shop I was in. Hiring was low for the temps that were there.

      I never thought i would actually enjoy going to work out, then i found ILKB!! The instructors are fantastic, positive, and so fun to work with. I leave there every time a sweaty mess but with a smile on my face. :-) i LOVE it here.
