the truth is this is get paid for what you do type of job. if you cant sell you wont win ever. iver worked for imobile and other sprint dealers for the past 10 years and the common thing is lazy people who dont try to boost their own numbers complain and leave false reviews. i left for a year and came back they paid for me to move my first 6 months of rent and gas milage. if youre a store manager and your store doesnt hit goal youre not gonna get commision as simple as that. exceededing your goals 4 months in a row will be moved up a bracket to accomedate your trend. higher tier managers make the most. as far as promotion if you suck and arent making commision then your obviously will never get promoted the goal is to be able to put up consistent profitable numbers then get your team to do the exact same thing if you can get your team to do so theyll ask you to get other teams to do so. once youve made multiple unsuccesful stores successful theyll offer you a dm position if they have a dm that isnt able to operate aswell as they should. everything is based on you managers commission checks are on average 2500-6500 depending on tier and performance.

Pay was better than being a regular sales associate and that's pretty much it.

Expected to work 50-60+ hour weeks, consistently was pressured to push predatory sales tactics, while also having to deal with unfair commission structures. Constant staffing issues and never had much help getting more people hired. Most concerns fell on deaf ears and I was told to work even harder than I was already working from upper management.
