Company culture is the best I've seen, all employees and higher ups are very nice and understanding, bosses understand that you are a person who has needs, makes mistakes, and that life can get in the way sometimes. Benefits are good, things can be flexible as long as you get your work done on time they can be pretty chill.

In some positions you might feel the need to check in on work over the weekends or work a bit after hours, however there are ways to avoid this. Can be stressful at times (but most of the time is pretty relaxed as long as you stay on top of things).
