Working at iPartners is very much like being a consultant. You are working on individual customer projects (multiple at a time) and each one is different and has its own challenges. In the end, iPartners is able to deliver Business Intelligence as a Service to their customers and really make a difference in the life of users at these insurance carriers. For instance, it might take 30 seconds to pull up a report which they previously had to spend hours on each month to produce. I love hearing those stories!

You are working on multiple projects at once. This means you have to carefully manage your time and customer expectations, though as a developer you have account managers and project managers to help with that. Because of this, the job isn't for everyone. Maybe this isn't a con... it just means that you will NOT be bored.

I really have no pros for this company , I guess if they still have it you get free soda out of the fridge....

Fired without warning right before I was to clock out. Never was trained at all and when asked the guy who was to train me he just told me to look at it more and never once offered to help. Had a 3 month contract and was fired before the 3 months , no reason given. The most awful experience I've had with employers. I recently Checked linked in to see who still works there and not many of the employees i worked with are still there but the terrible upper management it .
