The job is very stressful and the managment is poor. It is like any call center job where you have to be friends with your managment to succeed. You will probably be caused to have panic attacks and leave within a couple of years.

There is very little room for advancement. The company is loyal to those already in management, regardless of how poorly they preform and how many employees they lose as a result. No amount of effort nor performance on your part will change that. There is no discussing issues involving management with HR. The environment is toxic and unprofessional. The salaries offered are at the lowest point of the spectrum for the industries they support.
