-Extreme lack of structure, -If you move up at all say goodbye to any work life balance. -Management often in relationships/involved with direct reports, -HR often not accessible due to stretching HR reps between multiple locations, -Most computer stations and chairs are falling apart, management doesn't care and just says "figure it out" -Being under the wrong manager will ruin any enjoyment you can find in this place. -Most employees thrive on being involved with other peoples drama.

There is very little room for advancement. The company is loyal to those already in management, regardless of how poorly they preform and how many employees they lose as a result. No amount of effort nor performance on your part will change that. There is no discussing issues involving management with HR. The environment is toxic and unprofessional. The salaries offered are at the lowest point of the spectrum for the industries they support.
