Easy Job. Very easy to get hired. You basically need to pass a drug test and then be able to speak clearly when on the phones and you should be able to keep your job. They do offer raises and bonuses, but..they seem to be more or less unattainable.

Horrible environment. The office in which I worked for was very unprofessional and unfocused. The supervisors played favorites and at night, would allow some employees to complete their shifts without even being on the phones for the last 2-4 hours of their shifts; often running errands to get meals and whatever else the night supervisors requested. Supervisors were unfriendly and unhelpful.

It's a steady paycheck with decent health insurance options.

There is very little room for advancement. The company is loyal to those already in management, regardless of how poorly they preform and how many employees they lose as a result. No amount of effort nor performance on your part will change that. There is no discussing issues involving management with HR. The environment is toxic and unprofessional. The salaries offered are at the lowest point of the spectrum for the industries they support.
