I worked here wanting to learn the ropes and develop some real skills, but it became clear pretty fast that nobody with any real power had an actual plan for growing people. I was basically on my own to figure it all out, and whenever I asked for feedback, mentorship, anything structured, I just got silence. I watched the same growth opportunities slip past me month after month — no training, no internal mobility, no one pushing me to improve. The people in charge seemed infinitely more interested in extracting work out of me than in building people up. I left the company more lost about my future than I was when I started there, and that alone says everything about where I landed on their priority list.
