The employees across the company are competent, mission-driven, and grateful. There’s a shared sense of care not just for the work, but for each other and the success of the brand. It’s motivating to be surrounded by people who bring both skill and heart to the table.

One area that could use improvement is the focus and investment in organic social media. While I was eager to contribute creatively and strategically, the scope of my role as a Social Media Coordinator was sometimes limited due to a relatively smaller department and less emphasis on organic social growth. I would’ve appreciated more opportunities to collaborate closely with the broader team—especially given how talented and driven they are.
