Many organizations claim to have a collaborative and supportive culture. iRobot live it everyday Amazing Product - The newer Roombas (S9+/J7+) are game changers Work/Life balance - iRobot is respectful and supportive of work life balance

      Remote Growth Encouraging Innovative Flexible used to have amazing culture and values - all ratings would be at 5 star up until recently.

      Not sure if the culture and values will continue or if they will become lost with new ownership. With this in mind, because of uncertainty... I give all the ratings below a 3. Until I learn more I cannot honestly in good faith refer a friend. pay/work low staffed going through turmoil restructuring resent uncertainty
