Good opportunity to learn new skills.

While there is an opportunity to learn, structured onboarding and training were not provided at the beginning of the role. The compensation is also low relative to the high outcomes expected, which can lead to unrealistic performance expectations. Additionally, internal leave management felt unsupportive, as verbal guidance was given to utilize Annual Leave (AL) rather than processing valid Medical Certificates (MC) for sick leave. In terms of workplace environment, the office culture felt casual to a point that impacted professional boundaries. I observed instances of vaping on the work floor and casual humor/media sharing that felt inappropriate for a professional setting, which affected the overall perception of team professionalism.
