Working at iThrive has been a meaningful and growth-oriented experience. The organization focuses on holistic, root-cause health rather than quick fixes, which makes the work deeply rewarding. There is a strong emphasis on learning, evidence-based practices, and personalized client care. People are supportive, approachable, and open to ideas, and the work environment encourages collaboration and continuous professional development.

I haven’t encountered any cons so far. The work culture is supportive and aligned with the organisation’s values.

Team, colleagues, work timings, thats it

The company claims it’s “struggling,” so salaries get delayed. But somehow there’s always budget for aesthetic upgrades - hundreds of plants, expensive decor, lakhs spent just to make the office look Instagram-ready. Employees get pay cuts because “targets weren’t met,” yet the office space is expanded with half of it sitting empty. And on top of that, leadership thinks yelling at people is management. Maybe just pay your employees first. Basic priority.
