Fun and dynamic environment with a diverse staff. Coming from a very large company I enjoy the start up environment. Everyone regardless of level has an equal say in the decision making process.

The company's beginnings as a startup still show through with great social events, Free Lunch Fridays, and similar tech industry perks. The entire organization embraces agile framework from product management and development to sales and marketing. Senior leadership style is sincere and open most of the time.

There are frequent shifts in direction and change fatigue sets in. Or the strategy is so broad that each department interprets it a different way, leading to confusion. It's a meeting-heavy environment and you have to block off 30 minutes for lunch or end up eating during yet another meeting.
