- A lot of spare time to study and learn new technologies. - Aside from top managers most of the people there are too friendly.

- Unfairness in all levels. - No Hierarchy, KPI's, Objectives nor proper work flow. - No policy or fixed rules. - Very bad and unorganized work space. - No career path nor guidance. - The company are targeting unqualified candidates in all levels. - No clear vision. - Management bad attitude is very common there. - You will waste your time and energy trying to deal with unclean thoughts and environment. And don't wonder if you became aggressive due to the pressures you are being in while dealing with people there. - Unprofessional and uneducated management. - No real measurements for your efforts due to weak and unclear objectives - Sometimes you will realize that you are back in time to years of the faculty or may be school time due to some people's small minds!! - Micromanagement. - Unqualified people in all levels. - Business is declining so fast. - Some employees are traveling so often for nothing at all, but if you are a hard-worker who needs to explore the world opportunities expect no travel approvals. - CEO and his friends and relatives are ruling every detail and there's no chance for you if you are out of his circle to climb up the career ladder. And you'll get good salary and benefit if only you were from the circle. - CEO is very aggressive and rude, always on hurry without planing or even understanding his motives nor objectives - In there two story building, 60 employees are sharing 1 story and only 5 employees are sharing the other one. - Bad toilets. - No place for break. - No meeting room. - Work environment is very noisy and crowded.
