Great team of people to work with

There is not really any complaints.

Management is easy going and flexible

Don't expect much especially if you are a hard worker. It's hard to move from one level to another. As a senior, I had to work with juniors offshored from India. Unfortunately, there were no strict rules on the coding standards. The seniors are allowing implementations to make it to production with no code review which creates bigger problems later.
