Finance is directly managed by the CEO who is incredibly intense and has very ambitious expectations for what finance should be doing that does not seem at all rooted in reality, contributing to a very stressful and strenuous work environment. The culture might not suit you unless you're a fan of working around the clock to barely meet expectations. It also seemed like they have a significant amount of turnover, with many people leaving within weeks or months of joining. if you're leaving a stable position to join this company, just reconsider..
