      The leader does not have a direction, the Scrum methodologies are not followed the way they should. Bad project planning. The Leader dos not have any manners, someone wants to talk to him/her and you are totally ignored. Benefit´s reduction, the leader proposes to hire a Product Owner and a few days later, he is fired.

      engineering leadership in mexico has not ever held a leadership position and acts like care for our opinions making any decisions but they only put up a show. they end up doing what they want and try to change our minds but when they see they cant, they do as they want to do anyways.
