      Over configured product that is not scalable in its many convoluted and configured instances. Senior managers utterly clueless about the teams and development. Command and control management style

In 2023 we invested in developping our teams through a year long development program and have launch many initiatives to engage with our team members so you could be pleasantly surprise by our progress should our path cross again in the future.

      Good Work life balance . Great co workers and helping. Very good diversity in office people are from different part of the word. Great WFH facility.

      No salary hikes for long time . They pay bonus in very late not fixed which month they will pay. Very old tech stack ,no room to grow.
