Non stop travel for 3 weeks a month and a company credit card to rack up hotel and airline points.

Svantaggi

Commission structure went downhill quickly and too much turnover made this a negative place to be. Most, if not all, senior sales staff either left or were laid off to bring in younger sales staff at a lower salary and commission structure.

I joined inLighten shortly after graduating. Everyone has been working hard to help me learn the product and the industry. The bosses work hard to make sure you feel confident in doing your job.

Svantaggi

There is no consistent option for remote work. Most of what we do required us to be in the office, but some exceptions could likely be made.
