With the exception of one person, management does not have any fundamental management skills. Greeting any staff in the office, inviting coworkers out to lunch, or building team culture / rapport is virtually non-existent. Every person is just another number on the books. There's also a very unconventional procedure about stock options that is "on a case by case basis, and needs to be approved by your direct manager". More than anything though, management were heard saying that a hiree got the technical job because they were a "unicorn" as "a hot chick in tech".
