Very noisy 4 Week on call rotation. Strategically understaffed by management. High EMPLOYEE burn out. Cult like atmosphere company model. Unrealistic Individual quarterly goal. (bascially a job to do after your job) Management doesn't give yearly review or pay bumps. To get more money, you have to complete a "Quarterly Goal" No home office stipend, or cell phone stipend. No where to promote from within, to get a new title or more pay.
